5. Delivery Timeline

6. Ownership and Rights

6.1 After full payment, the client owns the final website design, files, and content.

7. Refund Policy

• The 30% advance payment is non-refundable.
• Refunds may be considered only if the project has not been started or canceled by Sonavi Web Tech for any reason.
• Once the design and development process begins, refunds cannot be claimed.

8. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide all necessary content, images, and access details on time.
• The client should review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid delays.
• Sonavi Web Tech is not responsible for content copyright violations if the client provides copyrighted material without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sonavi Web Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use, downtime, or third-party plugin issues.
We ensure best practices, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party tools or hosting.

Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
In such a case, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
